How do I access my child's photos?
After picture day, you’ll receive a notification with a personal access code. Use that code to log in at gotphoto.com and view your private gallery.

I lost my access code. What do I do?
No worries! Contact us at inquiries@nbatesphotography.com with your child’s name, school, and grade. We’ll resend your code.

Can I order prints and downloads?
Yes! You can order high-quality prints, digital downloads, and even photo gifts—all directly from your online gallery.

When will the photos be ready?
Photos are typically available within 1–2 weeks of picture day. You'll be notified by email or SMS as soon as they're ready.

How long will the gallery stay online?
Galleries usually remain open for 30 days. Be sure to place your order before the expiration date listed in your notification.

What payment methods are accepted?
GotPhoto accepts all major credit/debit cards and secure digital payments (like Apple Pay or Google Pay).

Can I order late or after the gallery closes?
Late orders may be possible, but could include an additional fee or limited product options. Please email us if the gallery has expired.

Are the photos retouched?
Basic color and light corrections are included. Retouching options (e.g., blemish removal) may be available during checkout if offered for that shoot.

I have more than one child. Can I order together?
Yes! If your children were photographed at the same event, you can enter multiple access codes and order from one account.
